Meet Katie --

Katie specializes in supporting individuals navigating eating disorders, self-esteem challenges, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and addiction. With a client-centered approach, Katie creates a warm, empathetic space where clients feel heard and valued, fostering an environment where personal growth and healing can flourish.

Drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities, Katie integrates Person-Centered Therapy with elements of Existential Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Katie is also Phase 1 Trained in Brainspotting (focused mindfulness), to address trauma and other life stressors. This eclectic approach allows Katie to meet each client where they are, offering the right tools and strategies to promote lasting change and help individuals develop a deeper understanding of themselves.

Katie is a strong advocate for Health At Every Size (HAES) and is dedicated to providing a supportive, nonjudgmental space for individuals of all body types. She is also an 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, committed to creating an inclusive and safe environment where clients can explore their identities and work toward healing without fear of discrimination.

Katie's practice is built on a foundation of compassion, respect, and dedication to the unique needs of each client. She strives to provide a space where healing is not just possible, but inevitable, as clients work together with her toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.

Katie is available for in-person sessions on Fridays and sessions via telehealth on Saturdays. Katie is unable to accept prospective couples at this time.
