Emily is a compassionate and skilled therapist who specializes in working with individuals facing substance use disorders (SUD), eating disorders (ED), and women’s issues. With a diverse and extensive clinical background, Emily also provides support for individuals dealing with domestic violence/abuse, trauma, mood disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, 2SLGBTQIA+ issues, and relationship challenges. She takes an eclectic and client-centered approach to therapy, drawing from a range of effective modalities to ensure that each individual receives the most personalized and supportive care.

Katie Veraldi, LPC

Specialties and Modalities

Katie specializes in supporting individuals navigating eating disorders, self-esteem challenges, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and addiction. Katie combines Person-Centered Therapy with elements of Existential Therapy, ACT, DBT, and CBT to tailor her approach to each client, offering the right tools to foster lasting change and self-understanding. As an advocate for Health At Every Size (HAES) and a 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, she provides a supportive, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where individuals of all body types can explore their identities and heal without fear of discrimination.

JJ Abbott, MSW, LSW

Specialties and Modalities

JJ is a queer therapist with a strong background in higher levels of care and a passion for problem-focused treatment. Specializing in suicidality, self-harm, and trauma, JJ works primarily with adolescents and young adults, prioritizing self-regulation skills before delving into deeper trauma work. With expertise in navigating interpersonal conflicts, attachment wounds, life transitions, grief, and neurodivergence, JJ helps clients reduce anxiety and self-harm while strengthening their identity and personal values. Committed to ongoing professional growth, JJ integrates a variety of modalities, including DBT, ACT, CBT, CPT, ERP, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and parts work, all while incorporating psychoeducation to better connect with clients.

Misty Spiegle, MSW, LSW

Specialties and Modalities

Misty is a trans and queer therapist who adopts an eclectic approach to therapy, tailoring her methods to meet the unique needs of each client. She draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), with additional training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). This blend of approaches allows Misty to offer flexible, holistic care that helps clients better understand themselves and achieve their goals.
